- 15 Minutes Homemade Meal! Potato Ground Beef Casserole in the oven. Spicy Yogurt Orzo Soup, pasta, and season salad.
Are you looking for easy home cook meals to prep? I planned and cook a 4-course menu for my family and shared everything from planning to the table.
Ingredients For Potato Ground Beef Casserole:
1 big size onion
about 250 gr. ground beef
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
4-5 green peppers
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp each (or to taste) salt, red pepper flakes, ground black pepper
about 1+1/2 cup hot water
5 big potatoes
baking paper and aluminum foil to cover the baking dish.
2 tomatoes to decorate
Spicy Yogurt, Orzo Soup:
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp each salt, red pepper flakes, dried mint
4 cups water (you can use chicken or meat stock, broth. I used homemade from the freezer)
2/3 cup orzo pasta
1 big carrot (grated from the thick side) optional
For the "terbiye" sauce:
1 cup thick yogurt
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
about 1/2 water from the soup (to warm up the mixture before adding to back to the soup)
Season Salad:
Two carrots
1 beet root
1-2 cucumber
Handful of parsley
Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, ground sumac (optional)

I like your recipes. They are really similar to how I cook. This is straightforward, unartificial and always looks very inviting. You want to taste it. They are always simple ingredients and the complete renunciation of any convenience products. I appreciate that beyond measure. My grandmother was a smart woman, she told me as a child: Cooking is an art. Cooking with caviar, beef fillet and truffles is not an art. To feed a family every day with a modest household money and to cook tasty and healthy at the same time - that is true culinary art! Your recipes almost always correspond to this.
Completely agree! Your grandma was extremely smart indeed to have imparted this wisdom to you as well. We are so blessed to have benefited from their knowledge & life experiences 😊👍🏼🙏🏼
Thank you much. It would be an honor for me if I can be one of the people that your grandma describes 😊
So true!!!
I love that you are so real. Very few people on YT show the adding of water to a pot to get every last bit of sauce. (I do that, too!) Few consider cleanup time. Thank you for sharing these wonderful recipes in a way that reflects how real people actually cook. It's very encouraging and inspiring.
Thank you so much! It is nice to hear that 😊🌺☺️
Another soup I have saved for making during Ramadan Insha’Allah.
My uncle is Turkish and the food he prepares is very flavourful and delicious. Your cooking always makes my mouth water. ❤

Olive oil, lemon juice and a little salt is typical with Turkish salad, with parsley as well it has a great favour.
(In fact, she did write this in the ingredient list, maybe she forgot to mention in the video.)
