Thanks! There are almost no workout in bed videos. Getting out of bed is hard, doing some light exercise without committing to leaving the bed makes the transition easier 😊 and i feel better after exercising

Thank you! ❤️ To answer your request, you don’t need a workout for a specific body shape. If you are concerned about a certain area if your body, it is impossible to spot reduce fat. Having a consistent workout schedule and eating healthy will give you results. Hope this helps. 😁

Hey lovely, thank you for the request. I wanted to make you aware that in order for you to be able to achieve and hourglass figure depends a lot on your genetics, not just your workouts and diet. 😊
I think i did it wrong ;-; my ribs hurted afterwards.. ;-;
Does anyone have advice for me cause my neck always hurts when i do crunches 😭
You need to focus on engaging your core and drive the movement from your abs not your neck. It hurts because when you are lifting yourself you are not using your abdominal muscles. Try and imagine holding an apple under your neck when you squeeze your abs. Hope this helps! ❤️
