@@jelloman54 I do it twice a day only. Morning and night. Just by this one. I only add the stretching and warm up
literally doing this exercise at 3am because I ate a burger today and i can say it is burning goood

You're the best! I haven't been able to run ever since I fractured my ankle and I just needed to feel active while staying off my feet and this has been so great. I've only been doing this for three days and feel a difference as far as core strength; I can walk longer distances on my crutches without getting as winded as I normally would and I'm finding that with each day, I'm able to do the workouts that were difficult the previous day. I definitely have a ways to go before I can seamlessly do all the workouts with little breaks but I feel confident that if I keep up with this consistently, I'll get there. For now I'm only doing this once a day but hoping to work up to 2x/day and maintain this routine even after I can start running again. Thank you Dayana!!

Like, Once in a day for a week or Twice a week
And can I do other excercises after this?
You can combine any of my videos together however you’d like and make it into a workout so that it doesn’t become too boring doing the same one. I would make sure you have proper rest days, at least 2-3 during the week.

I'm planning to do these! Can you tell me the breathing pattern? Specially for the crunches. Do I have to inhale while I'm lifting my head up or when I'm bring my head down to the bed?
Exhale on your way up and inhale on your way down to starting position. 🤍

Hi!🤍how many calories does this workout burn?
Hi lovely for some reason I have not seen and replied to your comment, I apologise. If you wish to know how many calories a workout burns I would suggest getting your own fitness tracker as my numbers won’t be accurate for you. There is a huge difference in efficiency between a person who is trained and a person who is just starting out and is still learning a movement / workout. There are body weight exercises I can do very easily, without thinking and my body is more energy efficient when doing those movements since I’ve done them numerous times before. Other people who are not at the same fitness level as me would be using way more muscles than I would by doing just one rep. Ultimately that person is burning way more calories than I am. Hope this helps! 🤍

You don’t have to follow a specific diet, just eat healthy. You can either stretch or lie down and do some breathing work.
