I really enjoy all of your in-bed workouts but one thing I noticed is that your bed must be really firm. Some of the exercises are super difficult on a memory foam mattress!!
Yes my mattress is a medium to firm, if some exercises are too hard let me know which ones and I can give you easier alternatives for them. ☺️
@@DayanaWang thank you! I have modified the ones I’m having issues with but one example is the bridges. I try it and my body just doesn’t want to be lifted from my memory foam lol!
