It really depends on your body composition, make sure you eat healthy, drink plenty of water and take at least 2 rest days a week. It can take from 2 weeks to a few months. Good luck! ❤️

does this like lean/ slim down the legs?
The only way to just slim down and lose fat without becoming lean and toned is to lose weight without exercise, you're more likely to lose both muscle and fat so therefore you will slim down. My workout will help you lose the fat, but it will also help you with toning and strengthening your legs.
How many days or weeks would you do this for ?
That really depends from person to person because there are a lot of factors to consider like your body composition, eating habits, how much water you drink, your sleep schedule and your rest days a week. It can take from 2 weeks to a few months to see results, and my recommendation would be to workout anywhere from 3-5 days a week and have 2 rest days.

how many calories do i burn during this workout? 💘
Hi lovely for some reason I have not seen and replied to your comment, I apologise. If you wish to know how many calories a workout burns I would suggest getting your own fitness tracker as my numbers won’t be accurate for you. There is a huge difference in efficiency between a person who is trained and a person who is just starting out and is still learning a movement / workout. There are body weight exercises I can do very easily, without thinking and my body is more energy efficient when doing those movements since I’ve done them numerous times before. Other people who are not at the same fitness level as me would be using way more muscles than I would by doing just one rep. Ultimately that person is burning way more calories than I am. Hope this helps! 🤍
