    This is honestly so helpful and when it started getting hard I could push through because I wasn’t in pain AND annoyed because usually the coach is overly energetic and it’s hard to listen to when I’m already trying to focus so thank you

    I just came across your channel, I've been feeling so discouraged-scared as someone who sufferes from vertigo spells, going back to the gym seems impossible for me right now, looking through these videos gives me hope I can feel safe and get a good workout in just 10 min which is enough for me most days.

      Hi lovely, you can’t spot reduce fat. You cannot choose where it comes off. Having a consistent workout routine (3-5 workout days a week for your whole body / 2 rest days minimum) and a good diet will help you reduce your fat mass, therefore reduce your belly fat. Hope this helps. 🤍

      Yes, the more you’ll do then your body will adapt. To make it harder you can change the tempo of how fast you execute the move, add more reps and / or weight.

      Not really! 🤍 Whatever is comfortable for you, you can also do this sitting down on a chair or even the floor!

    I have always been fat. And insecure, but now i finally decided i would change that and starting off today, i am 12yr almost 13 and weight 74kg please remind me to Come to this comment so i can see how much My body changed, this really helps me believe in myself and I wnt to be healthier tysm!! ☺️💖
