Hi lovely, you can’t spot reduce fat. You cannot choose where it comes off. Having a consistent workout routine (3-5 workout days a week for your whole body / 2 rest days minimum) and a good diet will help you reduce your fat mass, therefore reduce your belly fat. Hope this helps. 🤍

So when these workouts become easy do we add more reps and weights?
Yes, the more you’ll do then your body will adapt. To make it harder you can change the tempo of how fast you execute the move, add more reps and / or weight.

Do we have to be in this exact sitting position?
Not really! 🤍 Whatever is comfortable for you, you can also do this sitting down on a chair or even the floor!

Its just moving arms in air. Didn't think it would be too hard... my arms are burning
Me when i want to keep my work put routine solid but i lost power so i cant use weights so i do this instead
Update: why did this burn more than my weights-?
I have always been fat. And insecure, but now i finally decided i would change that and starting off today, i am 12yr almost 13 and weight 74kg please remind me to Come to this comment so i can see how much My body changed, this really helps me believe in myself and I wnt to be healthier tysm!! ☺️💖
