I LOVE THESE VIDEOS, while i was doing the “around the world” exercise my cat was looking up and down as i was doing it probably wondering “why is this person not giving me attention 24/7 and moving their arms like an injured bird?🙄” lol
I have a cat as well and he stares at me when I workout too 😂

A new subscriber here, love your workout videos, I have one question though, how could I plan an ideal balanced full-week workout schedule based on all of these exercises?
hey lovely, you want to ideally workout around 30 mins to 1 hour for 3-5 days a week. Make sure you take 2-3 days rest. In terms of balancing workouts make sure you do different body parts throughout the week as well as some stretching. Hope this helps :)

You cannot spot reduce fat, you can lose weight by going on a calorie deficit and tracking your meals.
