Hi friend , I don’t know if you’ve ever tried meditation, I meditate in the morning I’m not very good at meditation but the reason for meditation is to get good at life not good at meditation, the really strange thing about meditating at the start of the day is you think it will help you deal with all the shit that comes your way that day , but let me tell you something truly amazing, if you meditate in the morning and even for one second get beyond yourself the shit doesn’t show up !
