Отличная тренировка, по началу было сложно и делал 1 тренировку в день. Прошло около 3 дней и делаю уже по 2 трени в день, сегодня попробую 3 и уже намного легче, но результата пока не очень вижу, скорее всего из-за питания. Но тренировка отличная! Удачи всем, кто пытается вместе со мной!
So I did this for a good month and a half everyday and I lost 30 lbs. On top of that I also felt abs under the fat after doing it during that time period. For anyone wanting to start, this is a good vid to do it with. I was 220 and got down to 190. Just eat right and do this everyday. I could only the routine once at first but after 2 weeks you'll be able to do it twice. If you're doing it right, you'll sweat like crazy so don't give up to anyone that's gonna start.

When I did this workout the first time, I was more than confused. He did the exercises very fast, so it was hard to follow him. The exercises aren't basic, they are difrent. Tipp for all starters: Watch the video, before you do this workout :)
