Agreed with you. Many people will find this as misinformation and the title is totally misleading. If you want to lose belly fat, try the calorie deficit, do cardio (I suggest to do HIIT, but in a simple walk and jog for 30-45 mins. will truly help on burning calories), mix it up with resistance training by lifting weights thou this might not contribute to fat loss in a large percentage but your muscles will get the benefit and it'll tone your body. And ofcourse, a decent sleep. You can also try supplements and protein shakes, just make sure to consult on a Dietician for proper advice and do a lot of research. EDIT: You cannot spot reduce body fat, it'll be random. But you need to trust the process with a lot of patience and discipline.

I wouldn't let my legs touch the ground for the bicycle sit-ups, and I would probably replace them with the navy-seal sit-ups, and with the bent leg raises you could add a pulse up, and do a full leg raise with the pulse up. You should also do alternating mountain climbers rather than your 'running plank'. Not only do you need to exercise though, diet is very important, and a calorie deficit is a good idea. Also you can't really target where you want to burn fat, so basically all you are doing is building the muscles up underneath the fat, and burning a little bit.

No tiene porque ser tan estricto pero si lo suficiente para bajar la grasa corporal además de que no importa si come poca harina, grasas o azucares excesivos si aun haci come mucho de otras cosas, por eso lo que yo lo que más recomiendo es calcular tus calorias de matenimiento y de ahí restarle entre 200 a 300 calorias
You cannot target fat. These exercises make your abs more prominent since you can target muscles. To lose fat you need to consistently have a calorie deficit. When going for calorie deficits I wouldn't recommend dieting. Try finding a nice balance between nutritious filling foods that you want to eat and what you're eating now so it's easier to keep up your progress.

Dont listen to all the woke youtubers saying you cant target belly fat loss through an abb workout. Although diet is obviously important, a thorough abb workout is absolutely crucial to having a nice flat stomach. Dont listen to all the woke youtubers saying you cant target belly fat loss through an abb workout. Although diet is obviously important, a thorough abb workout is absolutely crucial to having a nice flat stomach. If the muscle around the stomach are strong and tight it will keep the belly from protruding and falling forward like a balloon. I was trying to lose belly fat and it didnt seem to matter how well I ate or exercise, it wasnt until I started doing an abb workout that I got results I was happy with.
ATTENTION HERE
This does not make you lose belly fat. It only targets the abdominal muscle groups. There is no such thing as losing fat in only one area of the body. If you want to lose fat in the belly then you will lose fat in the facial area, legs, arms, etc. too, because you need to go on a calorie deficit and perform cardiovascular excercises, like running, rowing or walking.
The excercises performed in this video will burn calories, and in turn make you lose belly fat, but for better efficiency, you should pair this with another form of active excercise (jogging, cycling works well).
