We love watching your projects. Reminds us of building our house. You are very talented and not afraid to try and figure out almost any project. Only advice I would have is to be careful with removing the old 9"x9" tiles under your existing floor. 9"x9" tiles are almost always asbestos. If possible, it is best to leave them in place untouched and put any new flooring over top of them.
I did my whole kitchen floor. I used a 15A reciprocating saw with a scraper. Far more robust than an oscillating multi tool. Also a heat gun works on lifting glue down LVP.
I completely admire your fearlessness to attack any project! I seriously wish I could hire you!
That flooring looks great. You're right, prep work is the key to a successful project. That bathroom is going to be awesome!
Excellent description of work being done. 😊
I have to sit back and relax for a while after just watching your videos. You do a great job of sharing your knowledge. Any way you can also share your energy?
Good job Melissa!! Love the scraper attachment!
Excellent work lady 👍
Hi! I’m wondering if you have a tutorial on removing glue and regluing down the same LVP. The ones installed by the builder I my house are bubbling up (loose) and I’ve tried adding different adhesives to make them stick better but with no luck. Now I’m thinking of removing the glue and re-gluing. I’m not sure what the best way is to remove the glue-there is a lot! Would a chemical adhesive remover hurt the planks and floor for re-gluing them? I would be so grateful for any and all advice!
The bowl was a genius idea 💡
Work has no chance against you 👍 great job!
Well that didn’t look fun. lol Can’t wait to see the finished bathroom remodel. Keep up the hard work! :)
Did you heat up the floor planks before ripping it out?
Hi Melissa 👋 thanks for sharing 👍
HELLO MELIESSA ITS IS RANDY AND I LIKE U VIDEO IS COOL THANKS RANDY
Thanks for sharing Melissa.
Well done!
Seriously this girl is a machine.
What brand of glue did you use
Looks good 👍
Good job 👏👏👍👍☺️☺️😊😊
Did that once not a fun job but got it done
Starting to think those were asbestos tiles that you ripped out. That the wood floor was the former owner encapsulating the asbestos tiles. A little odd that there wasn’t more, that it was just a small row of asbestos tiles, but the remaining tiles may have been too difficult for them to remove.
Me gusta tus trabajos saludos
What is the adhesive you were using?
Mohawk V ONE
Heat gun and utility knife.....depending on thickness
Bravo😍😍😍😍
Get an inexpensive heat gun. Makes removal much easier.
Sorry to put my two cents.. but the sub floor should be a minimum of 5/8 to 3/4 inch thick and glued and screwed in to avoid sagging and cricking while walking.
💪💕
No glue for me.
Two things. 1 you have ridiculous patience. 2 at the beginning you said "torlet" greatest thing I've heard today ha
first comment ،😄
Do you edit out all bloopers? Have you ever accidentally sneezed in a video?
Haha of course this video is edited. Once I tried to keep all the bloopers and put them at the end, but it took an extra hour of editing. Not worth it lol
Good job miss
