    1 Cable abduction 3 set x 10 reps per leg (add 2 warm up sets before)
    2a Barbell stiff leg deadlift 4 set x 10 reps
    Superset with
    2b Dumbbell alternating reverse lunges 4 set x 10 reps
    3 Dumbbell Romanian deadlift 3 sets x 10 reps
    4 pause hip thrusts 4 sets x 10 reps
    5 Leg curl machine 3 set x 10 reps
    6 Abs circuit 3 rounds x 30 sec each exercise
