I got my love hate relationship with hip thrusts lol. I'm having trouble progressing past a certain weight for the past 6mos. I feel like I can't go any heavier. Is there a way you could do a video on plateaus? Loved the vid :)
@@melbeldanielle6845 hey, I had this issue with Bench press, no matter what I tried I just could not do 65kgs for reps, yet I could do 62.5 for 6 reps…. I just stripped the weight back to 50KG focused on more reps, and worked my way back up! Which worked as now I’m on 67.5kgs ☺️

New studies actually show that it’s important to rest longer in between sets everybody used to think 60 to 90 seconds but anywhere from 90 seconds to two minutes even is with the new studies show is expedintial for muscle growth

I would caution you to be weary of the heavy barbell reverse lunges... that's exactly how I tore a ligament around my sacroiliac joint... which is especially susceptible in women our age. Though admittedly I was doing mine without a belt... hope the belt helps to protect you!
I just finished this routine ! Omg 🔥🔥🔥legs were dead by the time I was heading to the leg extension.. thanks Hanna for sharing this. The next 4 weeks are going to burn as I add more weight to my sets
Looking forward to trying this! Do you happen to take anything for like joint strength? My knees and back havent been able to lift over 30 lbs. I see now that i probably need a weight belt to keep it straight. But just curious.
