      I got my love hate relationship with hip thrusts lol. I'm having trouble progressing past a certain weight for the past 6mos. I feel like I can't go any heavier. Is there a way you could do a video on plateaus? Loved the vid :)

      @@melbeldanielle6845 hey, I had this issue with Bench press, no matter what I tried I just could not do 65kgs for reps, yet I could do 62.5 for 6 reps….
      I just stripped the weight back to 50KG focused on more reps, and worked my way back up! Which worked as now I’m on 67.5kgs ☺️

      Great video and workout, @Hanna Öberg, but the sound on this video is all over the place. Who’s doing the editing these days??? (The music overlay is 2-3 times as loud as your voice.) Very distracting. 😳

    Can’t wait to dive back into the gym, and give this a try!
    I’m currently 5weeks postpartum and DYING to get my clear to get active again! I’ve been walking everyday and it’s wonderful, and I’m thankful! But, it’s just not enough!
    Can’t wait to get that 🍑 popping!!!

    Just a lil request the music gets really loud n i hav to turn it down and then u start talking and hav to turn it up a bunch cuz i cant hear u cuz of having to tun it down so much from the music moments

    New studies actually show that it’s important to rest longer in between sets everybody used to think 60 to 90 seconds but anywhere from 90 seconds to two minutes even is with the new studies show is expedintial for muscle growth

    I would caution you to be weary of the heavy barbell reverse lunges... that's exactly how I tore a ligament around my sacroiliac joint... which is especially susceptible in women our age. Though admittedly I was doing mine without a belt... hope the belt helps to protect you!

      Good job! If you're looking for another 3 day guide you could either do the 3 day split of Get Fit 2.0 or Get Strong!

    Looking forward to trying this! Do you happen to take anything for like joint strength? My knees and back havent been able to lift over 30 lbs. I see now that i probably need a weight belt to keep it straight. But just curious.
