I want to thank you so much now I can do these 5 exercise and been doing them and I can totally feel it. I wanted to say that I was diagnosed with thyroid Hyperthyroidism when I was 23 which I was young and now I’m about to be 30. I would definitely feel tired and not wanted to workout because of does reason but found you and you make your videos so fun and energetic and I want that back too. But I thank you for these workouts because I been pushing myself even though I’m fighting my thyroid. Thank you 💕i will keep fighting and stay STRONG

I have to be honest Hannah, your glute growth since even the last few months has been amazing! 😍 thanks for all the tips ❤️ PS: if you have any curling machines in your gym (leg curls, leg kickback, etc) usually the cylinder part will be low enough to the ground to be able to lay the top of your foot on and do Bulgarians! They make it much easier to balance and I feel I can go deeper than when I’m on a bench!

I haven’t tried the step up before nor seen girls at my gym do them, so it is def underrated!! Will give them a try and might start a step up trend 👌🏻

I just discovered your channel. I love that you embrace a muscular female body. I weight lift 4 days per week myself and do hiit/cardio 2 days per week with 1 rest day. I am currently working hardest on growing my glutes and this video was very helpful. I'm going to try the single heavier dumbell and holding on to something for my Bulgarian lunges. I like this! Can you tell if the pain is "something is wrong" pain? Because if it's just regular muscle soreness (doms) it's nothing to worry about, just work on strengthening it. Other kinds of pain could indicate that there's something off about your form or that you're not bracing your core properly, thus putting too much strain on your lower back. If you haven't I'd suggest filming yourself lifting and seeing if there is any movement in the spine that shouldn't be there. If it stays the same throughout the movement you're probably fine.
Loved this, I have a functional trainer/cables at home and I always try to learn how to do these moves using it. Would love upper body videos like this too! Also how to use cables for all these amazing moves (upper and lower)!
It's an absolutely incredible tip, I also feel it's a bit smoother on your back having a slightly larger pressure area if you're prone to markings or bruising. Even though I'm significantly taller, I will put a plate under an incline if I don't want to risk some bruising.
Absolutely love this! I do all of these exercises often but each one I learned something new. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant. I stopped doing barbell hip thrusts. Am I still able to do these as long as the bar is sitting in the right place? Thank you!! ♥️♥️♥️

Hi Hanna, thanks for this video, loads of helpful tips as always. How many times a week would you target your glutes? Do you do any Booty Band work in addition to the five exercises, say when you are training upper body, chuck them in at the end?
it means you're going beyond your range of motion. when you feel the stretch in your glutes then that's as far as you need to go. So in other words when bending don't lower all the way to your ankles that is what's causing back pain stop just below your knees at your shins. Good luck!

I would ask your doctor. I don't know that it would target your glutes if the bar was moved lower though.
