    When you compare the difference between Romanian deadlift and stiff leg watever, you did a really concise and great job explaining difference. Please do that again for other exercises, it stayed in my head. Camera guy please step back when Anna is explaining lower exercises, I struggled to capture the full movement of her body. Thank you for video

    I just have to say last year when I turned my fitness journey from just 30 minute HIIT workouts to strength and building workouts you gave me so much. Watching your videos really helped me figure out what my goals were, how to actually eat and carbs are good for you, and how to actually do the exercises. It really propelled me into this new journey which I’ve so loved. Now when you post videos like this it just challenges me and makes me excited to start my new week and new spilt. I’m on my final week of the strong and sassy guide and holy moly I can’t wait to start the next one (strength and power)

    Great advice on the Bulgarian split squat. I really like that exercise but definitely struggle with the balance. I'm looking forward to trying it out this new way. Thanks for the tip.

    Hi Hanna, this is Erica from California. I know you posted this 2weeks ago, and I decided to follow you and these video has help me built that glute. I want to thank you so much now I can do these 5 exercise and been doing them and I can totally feel it. I wanted to say that I was diagnosed with thyroid Hyperthyroidism when I was 23 which I was young and now I’m about to be 30. I would definitely feel tired and not wanted to workout because of does reason but found you and you make your videos so fun and energetic and I want that back too. But I thank you for these workouts because I been pushing myself even though I’m fighting my thyroid.

    I have to be honest Hannah, your glute growth since even the last few months has been amazing! 😍 thanks for all the tips ❤️
    PS: if you have any curling machines in your gym (leg curls, leg kickback, etc) usually the cylinder part will be low enough to the ground to be able to lay the top of your foot on and do Bulgarians! They make it much easier to balance and I feel I can go deeper than when I’m on a bench!

    Thank you for the tips on each exercise. You’ve pinpointed right on for each movement. I like the variation of exercises so that I can spice up my glutes routine. I haven’t tried the step up before nor seen girls at my gym do them, so it is def underrated!! Will give them a try and might start a step up trend 👌🏻

    WoW!! I always assumed I wouldn’t be able to do split squats because I have ZERO BALANCE and I thought you had to have a bar with your leg up one a bench. You just showed me a game changer lol. Thanks girly 🧡

    I just discovered your channel. I love that you embrace a muscular female body. I weight lift 4 days per week myself and do hiit/cardio 2 days per week with 1 rest day. I am currently working hardest on growing my glutes and this video was very helpful. I'm going to try the single heavier dumbell and holding on to something for my Bulgarian lunges. I like this! Thank you 😊 💓

    Love the information in this video! Could you make a video about form and lower backpain while doing a lower body session? I always struggle with lower back pain but my favorite days are lower body days 🥲🥺

      Can you tell if the pain is "something is wrong" pain? Because if it's just regular muscle soreness (doms) it's nothing to worry about, just work on strengthening it. Other kinds of pain could indicate that there's something off about your form or that you're not bracing your core properly, thus putting too much strain on your lower back. If you haven't I'd suggest filming yourself lifting and seeing if there is any movement in the spine that shouldn't be there. If it stays the same throughout the movement you're probably fine.

      It's an absolutely incredible tip, I also feel it's a bit smoother on your back having a slightly larger pressure area if you're prone to markings or bruising. Even though I'm significantly taller, I will put a plate under an incline if I don't want to risk some bruising.

    Absolutely love this! I do all of these exercises often but each one I learned something new. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant. I stopped doing barbell hip thrusts. Am I still able to do these as long as the bar is sitting in the right place? Thank you!! ♥️♥️♥️

      I would ask your doctor. I don't know that it would target your glutes if the bar was moved lower though.

    Kör ju i appen o har speciellt kämpat med balansen i de olika bulgarian split, utfall o liknande eftersom jag inte får balansen att funka. Har kört med stödpinnar😂

    this Exercises are so so good. They burn so hard but it feels also so good 😅❣i love to train legs and gluts
    My favorite execises are the RDLs and the hip trust from the beginning till now :D

    Great video. Very helpful. My love hate from all those is definitely the Bulgarian split squat. A video of variations sounds good. Also, it would be nice if you could include a brief explanation on your next video of what happened to Lorik and introduce your new camera man. Only if you can.     my staples are Romanian deadlift, hip thrust, barbell glute bridge (but I hate it, it's so hard to set up) , smith machine reverse lunge, split squat and machine abduction.

    Hi Hanna! What do you recommend for decreasing lower back pain when doing RDLs? (Romanian dead lifts :)

      it means you're going beyond your range of motion. when you feel the stretch in your glutes then that's as far as you need to go. So in other words when bending don't lower all the way to your ankles that is what's causing back pain stop just below your knees at your shins. Good luck!
