      Single rdl’s are amazing! Add in some laying down up to the wall hip thrusts for a finisher, sooooo good!

    Would you like to do a video about bcaa, pre workout and other supplements? What they do, which ones are best, what to look for? I don’t know anymore, and there are just too many videos, I’d rather hear from you so I know I’ll make a good choice 😊

    Can u make a video with exercises for glutes for people with low back pain?
    I've been training for 4 years, but because of pain in my low back I can't perform any kind of deadlifts.

    that was super fun! I love the little hiit at the end. even though you're not technically supposed to mix cardio & weights for pure hypertrophy, Im going to try this next time :)

      The more decades I do this, the less I believe in that old adage of not mixing exercise types. I think pushing the body past comfort and keeping it guessing are the only two true rules.

    Does it matter when you're doing the a reverse deficit lunges to hold on to something. Just wondering because I do a variation of that and I'm wondering if It matters. I don't hold with full pressure just for a little bit of balance

      It's still effective if you hold onto something but better if you don't

      I find using a step for the stationary foot helps my balance & works me harder!

    The hip thrust is more of a quad exercise not glutes exercise . You want to isolate the hamstrings and glutes you have to do extended leg hip bridges .
