I loved being on Ozempic. I lost 70 pounds and my A1C is stable, 5.4. I weigh 140 lbs. I eat plant-based whole foods and exercise. I had mild to moderate side effects for 5 month of the 7 months on it. Due to the shortage I went cold turkey off Ozempic. My doctor and I feel that I will handle being off Ozempic as a trial. I still take Metformin. Sandra
