It's amazing how the band (especially Stevie and Christine) have stayed so close and level headed after all they have done and been through with each other. Some other bands and celebrity's could learn a few things from them about keeping hold of their careers.
I love how Fleetwood Mac have such distinctive personalities/qualities, and how those distinctions mirror their music. Christine brings everyone together like a keyboard does, Mick is the leader and they follow him like a drum, John is quiet and soft spoken like a bass in the background, Lindsey is electric, passionate, and innovative like a lead guitar, and Stevie is expressive and outgoing like a singer.
CARLA, I love the way you put all that together ..very cool and very true..FM is awesome I'm glad younger generations get to hear their music and of course the magical essence of Stevie nicks..I myself didn't get the chance to see them in their hey day back in the 70's but my mom did..thankfully I was able to hear them myself and being a huge classic Rock fan all through high school until now I was able to see them in 97 during their reunion tour and have seen FM/Stevie Nicks many times over since its nice they still appeal after all these years a timeless band..
Rest in peace, lovely, talented Christine McVie.💔😞 Thank you for your work that created our soundtrack to life.💫🕊️🌹 “Well isn't it midnight, on the other side of the world? Do you remember, the face of a pretty girl? The face of a pretty girl. The face of a pretty girl? The face of a pretty girl.”🕯️🌹
I love how Christine and Stevie really care for each other and were able to get along. It worked perfectly that Christine never wanted the spotlight and Stevie enjoyed being up front in her way. Together they made history and in a rare occurrence where there was no back biting between the ladies for the spotlight, same deal with the men too.
Professionalism is one word I would choose to describe Fleetwood Mac. The hectic things the band endured and overcame to keep it together is extraordinary.
I love when Stevie rubs Christine's shoulder and then she kisses her head 😭 they had the sweetest friendship. Breaks my heart that I never got to see them live. May Chris be resting in peace, she is greatly missed
I went to a Rumours Tour show and was literally blown away . I've had numerous opportunities to see them since but never gone because I was afraid they wouldn't be at the same level and didn't want to tarnish the memory . Great band , excellent individual musicians ..
I'm so glad that beautiful sweet Christine came back & Christine will live on thru Her beautiful Muzik & these interviews ! Love Her ❤️❤️🙏🙏 She was so Awesome & sweet to all ! Very Warm Kind Person 💕💕🙏🙏 🌸🏵️🌺💐🌼🌼🍀💛❤️💙💚🇺🇸🇩🇪🙏🙏
I think it is wonderful that they can keep on going for so long. It's been a great and beautiful story. Sometimes sad but they are still together, family.
A Dream come True as a Fleetwood Mac reunites itself again. Professionalism is a trademark of one of the greatest bands ever created in history. Love and devotion is a chain that would always Unite a great band like Fleetwood Mac. Bless you and God keep you safe forever and Thanks for the Memories throughout the years Fleetwood Mac !!!
I Miss Christine McVie So Much. I’ve seen her for decades in concert with Fleetwood Mac. I’m glad my 21 year old son had the privilege to see Christine in concert with me when she and Lindsey toured in 2017 and then again in 2018 with Fleetwood Mac ❤
Not the original gang, but certainly the most successful gang, is back together again. John looks very thin and frail but from what I have read, he has beaten the colon cancer. Such wonderful news! I have been a hard core Fleetwood Mac since before Stevie and Lindsey joined the band. In my opinion at least, they are the greatest rock and roll band of all time.
Too early in the day for a working musician. He'd rather be in the sack with his normal and beautiful wife, rather than dealing with the unhinged ranting of his ex-girlfriend who STILL can't get over him.
Yep, it's sad to watch this, given the recent news, not only of the "sacking" of Lindsey, but also his recent admission to hospital for open heart surgery. I remember watching them on this tour and loving the Rumours lineup reunion, as, although I'd seen them without Christine it wasn't the same, nor would it be without Lindsey, or Stevie, in fact, I'd never watch them without Lindsey. They were promising all sorts of "good things" in the pipeline, which obviously never came to pass and now, most likely, never will! Sad to see this happen to one of the all time great bands.
What can you say about "FLEETWOOD MAC" that probably hasn't been said before? These guys are "ROCK AND ROLL ICONS" that have pretty much cemented their legacy as one of the most critically acclaimed bands in the history of Rock and Roll...R.I.P. "CHRISTINE MC VIE"...
Just think at the time, Lindsey wouldn't be part of that new chapter eventually. But it's not like he really needs to be a part of it. He's done his share & has most definitely earned it by his great songwriting & producer skills. He has always had a strong solo career that's all he needs nowadays. Popular bands have their personal squabbles & turmoil which is sad but it's good that Lindsey has a great solo career to fall back on. Fleetwood Mac had their heyday & it's nothing but nostalgia nowadays. I'd rather listen to their classic back catalog & watch their 70's & 80's videos on RUclips then go to a live concert.
Stevie thinks and communicates on an advanced and personal level. She is eccentric and wonderful. NOT a great teacher for beginner/intermediate vocalists/musicians (IMHO.) But ... she is an AWESOME musician, songwriter, vocalist.
Christine is bloody lovely. I always preferred her over Stevie. She was the best voice on Rumours and Tango In The Night, and her album with Lindsay is marvellous. (And yes, I'm a fan).
Oh my, how the wolves came out to immediately slay Christine. Yes, her voice was uncharacteristically off in this very early performance with her back in the band. She's typically the most consistent vocalist. This performance was so atypical, especially because it was the morning, She was still getting acclimated to performing after an absence of 16 years. Admittedly she was rusty; but she got her chops back once they hit the road. Before getting so dismissive, perhaps have the insight to take into account the context of the situation.
I am a huge Christine McVie fan. I admire her for coming back after such a long time away, and her band-mates' genuine admiration for her speaks volumes. It may not have been her best day, but her voice is absolutely essential to the sound of the band.
Stevie is lying *That beautiful Witch hasn't been to sleep before 10* since she was 8 years old and Christine (now that is a Rock Star) Mick looks incredible also
Rest In Peace, Christine. You are so appreciated for your contributions in the band
Yep, absolutely. Loved her voice! My favorite song with her lead singing is 'Little Lies'.
I love the way Stevie and Christine genuinely love each other.
Sisters In Arms.
It's amazing how the band (especially Stevie and Christine) have stayed so close and level headed after all they have done and been through with each other.
Some other bands and celebrity's could learn a few things from them about keeping hold of their careers.
Those were some beautiful words Stevie put out there too ("it felt like maybe WE were gone"). Great stuff.
Considering how they both had to deal with Lindsey one can understand that.
It is one of my favorite things
I love how Fleetwood Mac have such distinctive personalities/qualities, and how those distinctions mirror their music. Christine brings everyone together like a keyboard does, Mick is the leader and they follow him like a drum, John is quiet and soft spoken like a bass in the background, Lindsey is electric, passionate, and innovative like a lead guitar, and Stevie is expressive and outgoing like a singer.

Nicely said.
Except Lindsey sings the most songs out of all of them.
This is definitely oversimplifying them.
I love Lindsey's Norman Bates stare for the entire interview.
He looks like the Heat Myser
He never enjoyed all of the 'appearances' stuff, always said he'd rather let the music talk.
That’s pretty much how he always looks…
Il a pris un coup de vieux....
I scrolled through the comments just to see if anyone else noticed 😂

Just like ABBA did. Only they didn't keep up a silly war that harms the group's legacies and scuppers future regroups.
The men did beef.
The fact that Chris has kept that bracelet for so long is adorable omg also when she kissed stevie I died a little 😍😍😍
mick Fleetwood is like a walking coffee he's amazing!
he is a true extrovert lol he blossoms when eyes are on him

The way Christine waved is so ADORABLE omg my little treasure
mick’s just happy to be there
Good to see Christine back and looks stunning as well
Éireann Kelly agree and she looks amazing and really still so talented 🎶🎶
All my favorite songs by Fleetwood Mac are sung by Christine
Nice to hear John talking. He is usually so quiet. Go John:)
+Kelly Nodwell Yeah, he likes to be behind the scenes. Funny that he mentions the coffee.
Rock on!
@SAVAGE TYCOON - The bassline at the 3:05 mark of The Chain is iconic.
i don't think he had a choice, the host directly asked him a question lol. He seemed happy once things moved on to mick!
Timeless Legends, RIP Christine McVie

Stevie's reaction to Christine's broken bracelet 🤣
stevie: just talking
lindsey: staring straight into the abyss
The questions we’re so stupid there wasn’t much else he could do.
Forever thank you ❤️
Peter Green, Danny Kirwan, and please put Bob Welch in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame posthumously. He earned it!
Lindsey is installing a system update
hahahahaHahahahahHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
They really are family!! A beautiful and talented group of people
Lindsey would love to be somewhere else. Imagine having to work with an ex-girlfriend since 1977.
They made each other very rich.
I think they are past all of that now. I hope so....
@@LollieVox It was well reported Stevie was the reason Lindsey was kicked out of the band.
Lindsey made Fleetwood Mac succeed
Lindsay with his "I can't wait to be fired" look
Lolz 😂 more like " I am sleepy and want to go back to bed"
Congratulations guys! Hope you continue to have a relationship with each other for many years to come.
I think it is wonderful that they can keep on going for so long. It's been a great and beautiful story. Sometimes sad but they are still together, family.
Music lover - You do realize Stevie had Lindsey fired..
This has not aged well

Lindsey's stare and the body language with Stevie lol.
1:16 Stevie's horror when Christine basically says she bought a cheap bracelet lmao
Not the original gang, but certainly the most successful gang, is back together again. John looks very thin and frail but from what I have read, he has beaten the colon cancer. Such wonderful news!

Hahaha that’s funny he like great I’m at like seven in morning and he’s like I’m old get me out let me sleep until I’m not tired anymore haha
Maybe Lindsey is probably nervousness
Hello darkness my old friend
Any incarnation of the Mac is a good one. But nothing compares to all 5.
Lindsey your face was a picture all the way through that interview, a handsome face I must say❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Why is Lindsey staring at the camera? 😂
Too early in the day for a working musician. He'd rather be in the sack with his normal and beautiful wife, rather than dealing with the unhinged ranting of his ex-girlfriend who STILL can't get over him.
@@Romany1111 this aged well ! (not)
I love how they all annoy each other but still manage to put their game face on for interviews.
Money.
I’m not sure they were annoyed with each other: the situation and idiotic questions may have been the annoyance
Stevie's reaction to Christine's bracelet snapping was so cute
i want to see this again!,forgive ,heal, and lets rock fleetwood mac!
Woohoo. Christine Macvie And all still great.
Christine the queen🧡🌙

Stevie. "The Band" should be one of the things you should think about. Lindsey should be there!!
Gosh, I love this band so much. It's sad they couldn't stand together till now (2018), and have Lindsey gone again :-(
can you tell me what happened? I'm getting to know Fleetwood now and I really want to discover more about the band~

so much for never breaking the chain, Stevie. FM is a karaoke band now without Lindsey.
