Would have liked to see a workout that caters to everyone a bit better and leave the more advanced stuff to the later stages.
Something like a 12 min amrap of 35 double unders, 9 hspu, 6 snatches etc.
still don't see how hspu are for everyone but I agree with the sentiment

Is she doing a snatch or a power snatch? I’m confused. Do we need to drop into a full squat to meet standards or not?
According to the movement standards a power, squat, or split snatch is permitted.
Nah man. 'Snatch' can be any version of snatch off the ground.
Why not go with a progression of Handstand walks -> Handstand pushups - > Strict Handstand pushups? Seems like the workouts this year have been focused on advanced movements for elite athletes instead of open workouts for everybody.
Quit blaming CrossFit and get better at handstands

It’s only an “Advanced Movement” if you can’t do it. Otherwise it’s just a “Movement”. And they put it at the end both times.

always the same exercises but in a different order(Shoulders, Legs, cardio and weightlifting), CrossFit athletes have weak pectoral muscles, could you sometimes add chest presses or other chest exercises it could help to increase the number of crossfit athletes in the world and improve CrossFit. All the time the same it seems that this competition is only good for people who does cardio and weightlifting.
