I completely agree. Whenever i tell people i do yoga everyday i get this weird look and i instantly find myself wanting to make a joke out of it. But i have to remind myself that it seriously improved my life and that it is infact not a joke.

This is great. Really helps me maintain my body. I can use it as both a warm up for a workout, or to recover when I'm sore. Sight quibble: at no point during the yoga are yoga blocks used, lol.

I tried so many different beginner-classes until I found yours. It's just great. Doing it as a daily routine for 3 Weeks now. When standing I couldn't bent down further than to the point where my hands touch the knees, but now i can reach the floor... Thanks so much, i had flexibility problems for years!

The instability in my shoulder is almost gone and my hips are so open that I can finally throw high kicks without losing balance. i have been doing this gentle yoga work for over a year now, my flexibility and sleep as been getting a lot better ever since. For reference i can do the split and im able to wake upearlier with ease than ever. Thank you
i noticed that every time i do workout in anyway i feel great after but i never stick to things bc they are too difficult and soreness builds up but i think i will stick to this bc it’s nice relaxing (besides the middle part) i am going to try my best to do this everyday
This is my first yoga session ever. I always thought it was too feminine for my liking but after a few injury's due to working out, this is pretty good for rest day exercise.
This is the first yoga video I've tried. I think I must be incredibly inflexible because I even found this hard in some places. My toes don't point forward either so some of the more lunging stretches can be a little painful, but I wanna keep trying. Great video!!!
Im a semiprofessional athlete ( ⚽️ ) and i need to incorporate stuff like this into my workouts more. Especially when i get home and my body’s sore. So this helps me with recovery and flexibility. I’ll gladly subscribe for more
Started doing this today and noticed i am very very stiff at an age of 28. My hamstrings and my glutes are so tight. Also the lunge and twist to the ceiling pose was so hard. Will return to your videos more often.

Very nice practices but it could be a little bit slower too hold the postions longer. It would help to get in this meditative state while doing yoga.
