      I completely agree. Whenever i tell people i do yoga everyday i get this weird look and i instantly find myself wanting to make a joke out of it. But i have to remind myself that it seriously improved my life and that it is infact not a joke.

    Recently stopped smoking cannabis and been trying all sorts to keep my mind distracted. Been doing yoga for a couple of day now and can easily say it’s the thing I look forward to most during my day. Thank you for the session.

    I’m an athlete and I’ve been watching your videos for a few months now. Today at the gym my lower back started hurting, so I called it early and did this practice. Happy to say my back almost feels normal now

    I always come back to your older videos and still do them. Love it man. Much love and support . Also, I really think you should do more recovery based practices, short and long videos . I’ve been focusing on a lot of recover since my job is very strenuous on the body.

    I've recently began doing yoga straight out of bed when waking up. I've noticed my lower back pain has improved. I will continue doing so until I'm super flexible

    I have been going to the gym for way too long with little to no stretching and it’s taking it’s toll on my body. Decided to make a change, found this video, and I’m so glad I did. I can already feel the difference. Hopefully soon I’ll be at the point where I can almost hit these poses

    This is my first yoga session ever. I always thought it was too feminine for my liking but after a few injury's due to working out, this is pretty good for rest day exercise.

    This is great. Really helps me maintain my body. I can use it as both a warm up for a workout, or to recover when I'm sore. Sight quibble: at no point during the yoga are yoga blocks used, lol.

    Been working hard with Fighttips 6-day-mma vids and always finishing with yoga sessions from your channel. The instability in my shoulder is almost gone and my hips are so open that I can finally throw high kicks without losing balance. It’s all about breathing properly and working consistently towards set goals. I don’t think it would be possible without gems like your channel and others. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you’re ever in Istanbul hit up CorvosCombat they are some of the loveliest instructors on both BJJ and MMA. Rolling with you would be an honor 🥋🤙🏻🤝

    I tried so many different beginner-classes until I found yours. It's just great. Doing it as a daily routine for 3 Weeks now. When standing I
    couldn't bent down further than to the point where my hands touch the knees, but now i can reach the floor... Thanks so much, i had flexibility problems for years!

    Started doing this today and noticed i am very very stiff at an age of 28. My hamstrings and my glutes are so tight. Also the lunge and twist to the ceiling pose was so hard. Will return to your videos more often.

    i noticed that every time i do workout in anyway i feel great after but i never stick to things bc they are too difficult and soreness builds up but i think i will stick to this bc it’s nice relaxing (besides the middle part) i am going to try my best to do this everyday

    Very nice practices but it could be a little bit slower too hold the postions longer. It would help to get in this meditative state while doing yoga.
