    They way I got over smoking in about a month was everytime I had the urge and went to buy from the store, I would buy them and then immediately throw them in the trash. I eventually started to not want to waste my money anymore and stopped buying them 😂😂😂

      I quit in november. It gets better with time. Every time you get a craving write it down. The next time you get a craving you will see in waiting that youve already made it past a craving before, so you can do it again

      I quit a few months ago. Genuinely by day 5 you'll already be feeling so much better, and just know its only easier after that.

      ive been addictive to cannabis for years, finally given it up last month, it was so hard at first, could
      not sleep, waking up with the bed drenched in sweat, finding everything boring, always moody, after 2 weeks all that went, and trust me its worth everything! never felt so good in my life, looking after myself again, and starting to fill happy again, its so hard at first but trust me. once a couple of weeks go by you will fill amazing! you got this bro! best of luck!

    Stopping cigarettes was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. But once you’re off of it, you won’t regret it. Just gotta push through the first week or two.

    Took me like 12 tries to quit after 11 years. The first few weeks - months are the toughest. The nicotine is out of your body after like 4 days, but after that, its a mental game. Need to figure out what your triggers are and learn to manage them. I'm 3 years in now, and haven't had a craving in maybe a year and a half now. It gets better :)

      I've got to be honest, I'm 5 years off nicotine (cigarettes) and on particularly stressful days, Ill still crave one sometimes. I never submit to the craving because I know how much of a pain in the rump it is to get off them, but still just speaking for myself, the cravings never entirely left me.

    First week or two of quitting sucks. Anyone that wants to quit, don't tell yourself you are quitting forever. That makes it easy for you to say "I cant do a lifetime of these craving" and start back up again. If you commit to yourself to quit for only 2 weeks, it is easier to hit that goal and stay focused. By the end of that 2nd week, if you feel like you need to keep using nicotine, go for it. You hit the 2 week goal and you get to make that choice. But I promise you that after 2 weeks clean and you are faced with the choice of starting again or staying clean, it is going to be an easy choice to make and you'll do right by yourself.

    Personally I feel like the zyn phase is over rated cause I actually do chewing tobacco and wanted a better solution which I thought would be zyn at the time but I popped a few in my mouth and literally felt like I had nothing in my mouth cause there was no taste and it just wasn’t doing shit at all lol
    I instantly said fuck that zyn scam and went out and bought more chew so I don’t think I’ll ever be able to quit 😔🤣

    Bro is saying nicotine is not bad for you😂 That shit makes you have anxiety and depression, I quit 2 years ago and never going back to that shit, a vape is literally a death machine and I was super addicted when I did vape, I would smoke anything that had nicotine in it because I didn’t have money for a vape sometimes, I would Fein off of my friends vapes at school, it was bad. Don’t listen to Nadeshot (who is an addict to nicotine) on what nicotine is and what is does to you. He will say anything and do anything without thinking.

    • @XRobZilla
      @XRobZilla 27 дней назад

      @@Nucleus2301 yeah I did but he said an excuse to not quit, saying “it’s not that bad for you” nicotine alone, which is not tru, is the point I’m making, he looks at all the positives in nicotine when the negatives outweigh the positives, I think it increases focus or something and that’s it.
