Love this workout! I’ve done it a few times now but not quite 5,000 steps only around 3,500 each time but regardless of that it makes me burn over 200 calories in 30 mins and gets me motivated ❤ thank you!

After so long I managed to workout 30 minutes straight without giving up and now I am so full of sweat and happy. My fast-track watch showed 3195 steps, but the calories burned seems a lot. Let's hope one day, I achieve my goals.

I enjoyed this workout & incorporate weights. But, IMO burpees should NEVER be the last exercise...EVER. Wish I could tweak the video to move it first.
Like lots of others no where near 5000 steps. Just under 4000 and I kept up , in fact doing more dynamic moves at times. Good little workout but no where near 5000 steps!

These lower impact 5K step videos are great but not for beginners. Tried tonight couldn't make it more than 10 min. I will look for a more basic one for now, but I'll be back!

I have Psoriatic Arthritis and have bad joints, so these low impact or 'no jumping' workouts are perfect for me and exactly what I have been looking for. I would question the step count here, though. To achieve 5000 steps in 30 mins, you have to do 2-3 steps per second without stopping.
Never have sweat this much ever! Started 3 days with total beginner workout, low impact. Then tried yours on day 4. Love it! I don't know 30 mins can be this fast.

I modified a lot of what was in the video and just focused on keeping moving. Had similar results to others in the comment section. 3500 steps approximately and about 200 calories.
Expectations for walkers out there: The average person walks approximately 1,000 steps every 10 minutes, meaning you may or may not reach the 5,000 steps as indicated- but who cares? 30 minutes of continuous activity is healthy in its own right!

I got 3196 steps on my watch, but many of these movements would not be registered by a pedometer. The plank, for example… Still a great workout! I was actually surprised! Thank you!

Such a good workout! Only tried it today and I’m so tired and sweaty! Couldn’t do all the movements but just changed them to what I could do. Didn’t reach 5k in steps but I think the more I keep going at it I’ll get there. I did manage just over 1k in steps so I think that’s definitely a start and a step in the right direction. I can only get better from here on out

I only got 3000 steps. I added arm movements to many exercises and did real burpees to increase active calories. It was a fun and easy workout, perfect for those days you don’t want to hit it hard.

Finished this busy workout this morning. 300 calories! 🤩Love it soooooo much. Different from other walking exercise, this one is 60 sec with NO off and some moves are a bit more challenging. 👍 Highly recommend.

I was doing great til the first Fast Feet. From there, I couldn't keep up and it was a slow crash and burn. And yet, I finished. The burpees were a train wreck for me, but still. I'll be back to try this again I a few months and see how I've improved. Thanks for helping me get healthier. 46yo man.

for some reason I didn't get the same amount of steps... will have to redo the session to see what went wrong... I have a step counter on my phone and put it in a pocket at my hip may have to try a different location.
Here are my stats on Apple Watch. Mixed Cardio. Weight: 143. Steps: 3,427. Active calories: 198; Total calories: 241. Average HR: 136
I agree with the others, it was not 5000 steps. My fit watch showed 3400. What drove me mad was that it was not to the beat of the music. I suggest a much faster beat then perhaps it could be closer to 5000. Anyway, it was good fun.
I did this workout as fast as I could (slightly faster than Eleni Fit) with proper form and my total steps was 3576. This was a great workout and kept me interested throughout. Thank you.
Like others have said, the title is incredibly misleading. Is it a good workout? I guess. But you can walk about 1000 steps in 10 minutes, maybe a little more. There's no way anyone is getting 5000 steps in 30 minutes and it's frustrating to mislead people like this.

I like this workout. The steps are not to the beat of the songs which throws me off, so I do it with the music on mute. It's only 3,500 steps; if it were done to the beat of a fast song, it would probably hit 5,000.

I do 10k a day and it takes 10 minutes to do 1K. Just at 1:40-50mins. I do this pace you are doing or faster so it seems off a bit to do 5k in 30 min
