I know it's been a couple years now and this might be common knowledge but I recommend that once you've duplicated your photo, you right click on it and convert into a smart object, so that you can edit the filters added (noise and blur)
You clearly know what you're doing in photoshop, but I'd say shorten it up. If your tutorial doesn't start until 3 minutes in, you're gonna lose viewers. This video should open with that photo you're editing.
that might be the case but if you think about it like this: you're getting knowledge how to do something for free. So maybe you could either expand your attention span to go beyond 3 minutes or just skip to the information you want.

This is not film look. This is blurring, colourizing and adding dust and scratches using photo shop. Grain of a film is not ' noise '. Noise is unwanted signal in digital imaging, Grain is the very fabric of a film's emulsion. At the very least a simulated film profile should be applied to the digital image to emulate the shadow and highlight response of the emulsion which incidentally depends on the developer and development method used particularly in BW film photography.
