It's about time someone explains things in a clear, concise manner and does so SLOWLY! Most videos are so rushed and scattered, you can't follow the instructions or understand what's being said. I also appreciate the recaps explaining things one more time. Since your goal is to help your viewers understand photography, you are successful in doing so with your pace and style of presentation. Thank you! I learned a lot.

The reason for this is he described all the settings IN RELATION TO EACH OTHER. Most other attempts to explain photography focus on one aspect without explaining how they interrelate. Up until this, I thought exposure just had to do with the iris. In fact "exposure" is the combined result of several aspects. Context is everything.

LISTEN! This video has taught me so so much. I am studying a degree in Film and Television but as a first year, we are more focused on photography this semester. I am working on creating my own cinematic pieces and so this video took what I already learnt in my Image Creation class and amped it up in terms of video. I never heard of adjusting the white balance ANYWHERE and it actually made a lot of sense. There was a video I filmed in my room with only the overhead light that gave my footage an orange tint, which I adjusted in post due to colour correction, which I didn't even know how to do until I learned that day. Safe to say that from today onwards, my short films will be improved, thanks to this channel, so thank you!

Thank you for this video it’s really well done :D I’m considering buying my first camera and wanted to learn the basics to see if I’m up for the challenge. You made everything super clear and easy to understand even without a camera and lens in my hands! I’m more excited than ever to try everything out, keep up the good work!

Thank you, so so so so so much for this video! I dumped my camera for months now (and stuck with my phone for videos) as I couldn't understand any of these things, but I picked it up today again after this video, and was playing around ISO, Shutter Speed, and Aperture. With a smile on my face, I could see how these concepts I learnt from this video was so simple 😭
    Thank you so so much!

My son is 14 and has his first older model Canon camera and we just bought a lens. He now has to learn how to use it. This is so helpful

Very well done and generous. Getting into videography and as I've worked with 3D/motion I'm familiar with some of the concepts, but this is really so, so helpful for the new adventure. Thank you! Can't wait for the camera to arrive.
