Every tower has a limit for its users. Before when you check at the store theres available spot for 5G home internet. Probably it reach the limit now Thats why when you check the coverage is no longer available on the website. Wait for the tower upgrade 🫢
Much better to call the customer rep. If you went to the store they will not tell you, they will trick you haha they are there to sell.
Greatest advice I’ve heard. I didn’t think about the selling aspect from a store vs. phone with customer service. I’m pinning your comment. I’m hoping to see upgraded towers soon. I would love to try it out again
I'm a trucker, I've been using it for a while but yes that's in the terms but I told the guy I was using it in my truck and so far so good.
That's good! I'm glad it's working. I first tried it when I was still working from home and I ended up returning it because it wasn't working for me. Once I got into the truck I just use my iPad as a hotspot.
Mine works great in my truck and in fact I went looking for a hot spot at the t mobile, told them I was a trucker and he suggested the 5G.
Nice. When I was over the road I used my phone and iPad as hotspots. My iPad runs on Verizon and my phone is T-Mobile. So between the 2 I had service for my smart tv and such.
when you live in an area where no cable companies have coverage. you can’t get directv or dish either have no other choices. going try t mobile. live in country and have no neighbors or even traffic on the main road.

I don't know why yours did not work, I have had it over a year now and I just did a speed test and I got 305.777 Mbps and uplink 21.261 Mbps.... It is working wonderfully.... Every now and then I might get an issue, but it's just like any other service... I am not capped and I have the internet run at least 16 or more hours a day... between entertainment and studying.... Oh and it's 8:45pm and it's great... sorry you didn't have a good experience.

It's a good thing that I switched to AT&T Fiber cause they are more stable than 5g home internet.

No problem. I made this video after seeing your comment. I didn't want you going thru what I went through. I was able to talk to my current provider to get my bill lowered. There's always promos. If your service is already good, I say talk to them🙏🏾

I have them for a long time as well. Need it for my truck though what do you recommend for OTR internet. Right now I’m killing my phone data in a weeks time without WiFi

Yep had tmobile wifi it was trash they wasn't even 3 qtr of a mile away in hiram ga and no service smdh

Yes dnt get it, it started good then my signal started lagging, turns out too many people where connected to my tower now, was told " dont worry, we will turn down new costumers because your tower is maxxed" but i said how does that fix my problem, terrible signal
Wow! That’s not something a customer should have to hear about a tower being maxed… that means it’s half backed and the infrastructure couldn’t handle it smh

@@TheBrandonBrews I'm staying in a rental that offers this poor service. In my case it was "included" with the rent but I can't even stream and get online during peak times. The download speeds were reading 34.02 and upload
speeds of 12.46. This is AWFUL! I ended out having to get Xfinity at an extra cost for me. My download speeds are now 463.13 and upload of133.44.

T mobile is trash. Worst customer service ever
Sadly they have gone downhill. At one point their customer service was one of the highest. They received awards for that many years ago
@@TheBrandonBrews I will never use them again. They out source it to people that just read from a script. Chat gpt would be better. I tried the home internet, a 14 day free trial. I had it for less than 24 hours and decided it wasn’t for me. Not terrible just didn’t suit my needs. So I returned it and then got a bill for $75. I go to the store, the rep from the store calls in to t mobile and then says, you have to pay it and then they will refund you the $75. 🤦♂️ I go home and I get call and after 30 minutes they say our mistake and refund me. Crap happens fine. Then I get a bill for $2.50. 🤦♂️ I call back 30 min later and mind numbing conversation with a pretentious supervisor later it supposedly resolved. 🤦♂️
