Can I make a suggestion: Put a large grid projector on top of your scout rover and project a blueprint of the main body of the Phoenix. That way it should be trivial to see whether the Phoenix will fit through the terrain that you're currently on with your scout. And it should even allow you to make a guess as to whether it might bottom out.
Definitely an option, the main reason for the scouting is to make sure there aren’t any giant unappeasable cliffs or canyons. When it comes to the exact path I find it’s Easier to drive the phoenix and find out
Thank you for the great video! You're absolutely right, your giant rover is quite wonderful to see in action! That ship wreck you found gave me the urge to jump back into my scrapyard survival save. I can't wait to see what comes next for this series.
Pertam's ores are all in the rocky areas. You won't find any at all in the dune sea areas. Have to say, watching the Phoenix coming down the hill at us.... is pretty terrifying.
the wrecks came in the contact update, that wreck is a version of the pilgrims curiosity , i did a refit of it that ended up looking similar to the wreck, and i never seen the wreck till after i did the refit.
When you post "/gps" in chat, it creates a gps marker for your current position. You can add a name for the gps location on the same line. No need to open the k-menu.
Expect a daily video from here on forward with no editing and 17 live streams a week....got it! I'll rearrange my schedule to become a more efficient stalker...erm viewer! Kidding lol
Seeing the Phoenix come over the hill was pretty cool.

Yea with the addition of all the ship wreckages it makes it quite interesting
1:09:23 You might want to automate the lifting, under two conditions:
A: The rover that's attached gets disconnected.
B: You start driving.
Yea definitely something I need to do when I get round to it lol
Awesome episode. So satisfying watching the suspension crawl around.
Thanks
I expected more snow on the North Pole! You should plant a flag at the pole. Maybe a plaque to commemorate the event.
Yea so did I but I guess not on a desert world lol
💫👍👍👍🚀

Ah that makes sense. And yes it does have a way of just looming over the horizon
Be honest, you just wanted to show Santa Clause what you always wanted for Christmas and never got ^^
What you on about?

Maybe so he can admire THE beauty

If I could do daily videos I would, but unfortunately I don’t have that kind of free time lol. However I definitely want to mess around with streaming
@quantumchief i do understand entirely
