    Thank you Coach Kim! You are exactly what I have been looking for! I've joined in on several of your videos and now am hooked. I'm 65, former dancer and in pretty good shape. I'm not a gym person and like to work out at home. Love your experience, ease, knowledge, maturity and tips. No senseless chatter! Appreciate you very much!
