Great mix of stretches - do the routine twice through. Thank you.
Amazing 10 minute stretch for your back. Would love more from you focusing on the lower back!
Have you seen our sciatica video? it's all about lower back stretches
You are my favorite stretching routine for golfers! I manage to do them at least 4 times/week 🙂
Affective stretching. Really enjoyed it. Thanks!
Hope you're still doing them!
Great video. I did this before my round yesterday and woke up feeling great. Doing it again today!
I try to do these about 4 times a week.
Very good variety of stretches but may I suggest that they be done slower and held longer. But still effective especially if practiced daily as suggested. Thank you for this video
The goal here is to keep it a 10 mns workout. There are longer stretches for golfers on RUclips you can check out. Or you can do these again on your own and hold them longer.
Let me assure you Coach Kim that I did NOT want to do push-ups 😆😆😆 The last two postures are also from yoga: Cat's pause and last Child's pause.
You caught us! But yoga is sooooo good!
Terrific!
That was great!!! Thanks so much!!!
thank you, i jacked up my lower back bad on my drivers and this helps
Absolutely, wishing you a hole-in-one!
Amazing
That was great . Thank you .
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Excellent stretches, thank you!
Glad you liked it, thanks for watching!
thanks
I am a senior golfer. These are a great set for warming up, too! I have a real problem though with the exercise that starts at 7:22 with getting the left foot across and resting on the right knee. I know it’s because of tightness in my left inner thigh, maybe IT band, and left hip. Any suggestions for the best option for stretching this out in a video would be appreciated. The same issue is something that prevents me from sitting on my buttocks and crossing my legs in front. I have thought about just getting into the position as best I can and then just pushing the knees down but have worried that I might be injured.
How often should we do these stretches?
As she said, every day won't hurt!
Thank you! @@dakotalake9084
And yeah it works better if done consistently but don't forget to consult a doctor if you are unsure if it's right for you!
Pleast dont tell my wife to smile. She doesn't like that noise. Good stretches though.
Haha we want to apologize to your wife! Carry on ma'am with what you were doing. it's perfect
