Plus also Ben Affleck was there, a reference to Stefon’s debut sketch where they played a pair of brothers pitching two very different ideas for a movie

Wolfhard’s Bitch because it would have continued the character. That was the end of the character and relationship, and they had to bring it back to the real world, where they wouldn’t kiss each other even if they were great friends.
I love that when Stefon says he's getting married with someone else and then leaves, the audience is just shocked, and I love especially the ladies who cry "Aahhh" like somebody is torturing them... it's the same sound I do whenever I watch this video 😂

Bill Hader is a great actor! I can't believe how well he switches into weird different voices automatically in the Stefon sketches, with stuff like "Scotty!" in this one! :)
Theodora Pantelich He's a brilliant actor. He was amazing in his dramatic role in The Skeleton Twins with Kristen Wiig, which I would highly recommend if you haven't seen it.

I’m so glad that the characters got married and had two kids. That made everything so much better. Even though they were satire, it was some representation that people still really adore.

All the guests being things Stefon has brought up when he says a place has everything was incredible but the biggest cameo in this was by Ben Affleck who was in the first Stefon sketch that nobody really remembers fondly or at all but he still showed up to film the wedding scene for Haders last episode, a cool dude if there ever was one
I honestly can't watch Weekend Update anymore :( It's not the same without Seth, and Bill Hader was one of the best people on SNL. I can't believe everyone left.

Every single person in Stefon's side of the wedding was a person he had referenced at one time on previous Stefon segments, the hobocops(homeless robocops), the Furkles(fat urkles), Human traffic cones(buff midgets painted orange), and so, so many more.
And the people throwing rice at the end were all Weekend Update regulars, Girl you wish you didn't talk to at a party, Drunk Uncle, Little Jewish Boy, The Devil. I love seeing all these characters at once.

Coming back to -watch- bawl at this video again for their 8th anniversary. I think we are all way too emotionally attached to these two. I wish them the happiest of anniversaries.
