Hi, I am looking for a 2nd home and looking at the Carolinas. I thought about Rock Hill but looking for low crine stats but still affordability. I don't want to sell my other house which an investment property. But I want to retire in 2025 latest 2026. I need to be close to a major city but don't want to live in the city.
We are In Harrisburg and want to sell as soon as the interest rates go down (Trump 2024 🎉) what do you think about midland? I was over there the other day and it seems so untouched. I love it.
