However I have Spinocerebellar Ataxia (SCA); a similar but distinctly different neorological disorder with similar but distinctly different neorological symptoms. When I look through your videos I have to adapt your exercises for SCA and pull fromultiple videos. Could you please do a video or series of videos for home OT for the Spinocerebellar Ataxia community.

FYI - I do all of these exercises myself along side my client and let me tell you… they are challenging when done quickly in succession!! Hi, You are doing great job 🙏 Can you please let me know how Parkinson patients can get sleep without keeping their body tight? If body is kept relaxed intentionally sleep won't come. It is observed that, unknowingly, sleep comes only when body is kept tight in one or the other way.

Yes it can be. But please have atleast 2 days off. You also need to rest. Maybe you can do 2 straight days then 1 rest day
