I've been doing this exercise for one month and found it very helpful with my tremors. At first if I did twice a day, my wrists would feel sore. I then started doing once a day and it gradually builds up the strength. Now I'm doing twice a day, and it feels very effective for tremors and rigidity. Thank you, Nathan!!

I was diagnosed with "parkinson like disease". I fell in October and could not walk. They prescribed me with madipor which helps with movement. I dont kmow if I actually have it but I still do your exercises which I find very good. Thanks.

My essential tremors have gotten worse lately due to stressful events that are out of my control. Thank you for this informative video and plan to use daily. Love the fact you do these exercises in “real time” with your audience.
@@Adhya0001 some days are better. Yes I do practice. I wrote the exercises down so I could read from my sheet and not view the video all the time. I also notice that it makes a difference how clean I eat to how severe my tremors are the next day or if I have a sleepless night that affects the tremors as well. It certainly can’t hurt and it’s real easy to do anytime anyplace I would say try it. Good luck!

I'm 75 YO and recently diagnosed with PD, on my right side only and as a right handed guitar player it affects my ability to hit the strings properly. Have you any specific exercise recommendations for my situation?

Ì have knee replacement surgery since two years but due to Parkinson disease I am not able to walk . I am following your videos for exercises to lessen the problem and experiencing good improvement of balancing and self care activities. I am doing squats exercises also as advised by your good self. I have parkinsons and now I have a full time carer who basically gives me a bath etc. I have PSP and I have lost all my balance since I have had too many falls and felt I cannot walk or get up on my own. A friend sent me this mudra you tube and I thought I want to do this. Will let you know if practising this helps me
