Hello l just started the bed exercises today January 8th, l found them to be very good and interesting, l finished them all with the exception of the one for the back, which I badly need the back exercise but l have trouble doing them because I have bone on bone knees, I would appreciate if the is another way that I could do back exercises, thank you, would appreciate your answer.

Professor, more than two years ago, I had a stroke, and now I suffer from weakness in the metatarsal of my left foot, weakness in walking, and weakness in hand movement. Are there exercises that are useful for this?
Dynamic. I will add these to my MS routines. I have been trying to learn how to move BIGER. I is to easy to get in the hobbit of only doing TINY movements.
Please don't be formal, the exercise you showed looks helpful as well. I will try to do the best i can. But please share the exercise to raise my legs.
do you have videos for poor blood circulation ? I need to do exercise to in crease my legs blood circulation. I have Parkinson Disease e and have been using Skills and Wellness programs, they help me tremendously. Thank you.

My mother has Parkinson's disease and her legs get stiff.. she is 75, is it okay for her to do these exercises?
