You know, I don't have Parkinson's but I do have shaky hands. I wanted to be an engineer for so long and when I got the opportunity, They gave me my grades and said my math was good and stuff, but my practical work was a bit below average. I was really upset and didn't know what to do. But i found this video and practice these for about a week and i see significant improvement. I genuinely cant thank you enough

Peace. 80 yrs old. Started having problems with writing. It's not only the writing but the tension that comes with not being able to control the hand especially in public. Hated signing documents. Stressful. Did your exercises. Immediate improvement. Question: what is schedule? Once a day or 3/4 times a day? Can I overdo it? Thanks bro for your work. This has happened to me in the past anytime my hand muscles are overly put to work and i was fine the next day. Idk if thats just me but i wont ever do hand exercises again.

I also started to get seizures. I was in the hospital for over a week. Getting a seizure at work. I never passed out or had a seizure in my 54 years. Until this year. But, I did get some weird type panic attacks and my blood pressure shot way up 227/170. And that was scary. I never done steroids or hgh. I did not need to. In the hospital, my blood pressure stayed a little bit high as usual since high school. But, now I have these tremors since a little into my 40s! And they are getting worse. I had no diagnosis of Parkinson’s. As I said, I was in the hospital. I was in the hospital at age 6 getting my tonsils taken out. Now, 54, I was taken to the hospital for seizures. Very weird to me. Not an enjoyable vacation from work

I am sorry about that. I hope these exercises will help control the tremors. But it is best that you know the cause. It could be side effect of a medication or something else. Please see your neurologist
