Best one so far! I did the second half at the same speed 6.1 felt like i could run forever. I've registered for my first 10k race and i am so excited but also a bit anxious! Hope to keep running. Did 3.33 miles today thanks for the workout!
I can’t believe I did that whole thing. Thank you for the motivation! I definitely would have taken more breaks if I was on my own. I needed a push! 🏃♀️
Oh my gosh, had to come back and say I did it. All of it!!what?! I never ran consecutive like this. I was on the low end like you said 5.5 -7.0 I was at 5.5 and that is a hard run for me! So the first block was really fun, second block? Oh my gosh I was awful on the last two interweaves cause I had to take it down 2 more points than the first time I did it but on the last five Minutes it 4 whatever it was, I took it back up past where we were to make up for it. And then took it down agism for a minute and did it like that. It was so hard! But I kept going! I still want to try again and try to stay at the same pace the entire time! I just hard to catch my breath cause it felt like I was gonna bust. Got scared. But I am so happy I kept going for the time at least and didn’t walk or go to my shuffle pace I stayed at run and jog pace.. if that makes sense. Lol
