I did this run today. Perfect format for me. Before finding your channel, I never enjoyed running. I have found that listening to your instruction and commentary is just what I need to actually enjoy running. Thanks so much for your encouragement and positivity.
You are so dang positive! When running on my own, it’s very easy for my mind to freak my body out and say “omg stop stop”… but running with your video makes me feel like I can keep doing it! Plus, your constant humor and encouragement really distracts me from that doubtful voice in my head. I really enjoyed this workout and will definitely run it again! 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤

I saw this and was immediately like .. endurance?? Oh no! Not doing it but I decided to push through and couldn’t believe that i lasted through All the intervals and increased speed ! Thank you coach Rachel for all the awesome workouts! Never gets boring

After a surgery and two weeks was a great come back run. Taking out those zirconia dental implants after putting them in instead of titanium which caused so many issue I was right. It was them. Those new ones were not better. My stamina is back, headaches are gone, sinus is gone, blurry vision is gone, shortness of breath is gone. I am so looking forward to more workouts and getting stronger. Thank you coach for helping me staying focused and not bored.
I just ran a 10k Saturday and crushed my personal record THANKS TO IBX❤️ Today's endurance was just what I needed between outdoor runs. Rachael, keep joking and talking on it keeps me focused but distracted from tiring🥵😎🥰 By the way - 60 minutes, bring it on!
I was excited to see a new endurance run, so I didn’t have to search for a workout to do today lol my mind and body feel incredible after this 💪 I love when I push myself to keep going and going no matter how badly I’m yearning to stop “just for a second” Mind over matter *and yes, I’d love a 60 minute run! Some more of these endurance runs would be perfect for me because I stay moving on my treadmill a minimum of 40 minutes*

Thank you, Rachel, for making this understandable and easy to follow video guide! I am spending way too much time with resistance training and it is time to incorporate some real cardio, after all I want to be lean and healthy which means endurance training is inevitable!
This was awesome, was worried because I started at a 6.0 which is between a hard jog/ run and didn’t stop till ending at 7.5 loved it ! Found once got to 3 minutes almost felt easier even though faster !

Loved this today and honestly I didn’t think I would. I started at 5.3 but before the first 7 was up I increased to 5.6 then by the end I finished at 7.6mph. Ran 3.61 miles with an avg pace of 11:19. I think this will really help increase my distance and pace.
Coach you are a superhero and you’re making mutants out of all of us. 3 weeks ago, I hated running but now I’m like what does Rachel have for me today.
I have asthma and I made it half way through I haven’t really ran that much before it this was great but my body can not handle it for the rest of the workout I’m taking it slow! But I’ll try this again when I’m a little better at running and my body can handle it
Oh Rachel u should do some yoga classes for us too! I need some stretching! Like I have shoulder issues I need stretching and mobility! As we get older we need some mobility and stretching! Even in you 30’s ya need to start that! And I u said u do yoga classes!

I’ve always been discouraged by running because it would be a near sprint for a couple minutes, resulting in me not running again. Instructor guided runs are the best!
just a reminder that we are still valuable and beautiful and purposeful even if we don't push ourselves to the max. A comment was made in the video that linked our value to how much effort we put in our runs and a strong belief in that leads to all or nothing thinking for me and makes me feel depressed when I take it easy because my body is telling me to. just was a bit disappointed by that analogy but besides that great workout

Did this run yesterday 11-20-24. 3.21 miles 724 calories burned. Mind you I’m 6’3” 250lbs. I enjoy your run workouts.

I love this workout! But I end up doing it twice. So a 60 minute workout would be great.
What is total minutes running vs. walking on this one? I just document it so need to know.
11 minutes of walking, that includes the walks in the warm up and cool down portions. The rest is running!
