Half way through the run i was so tempted to call it a day. My phone rang and interrupted the workout. Had a chat for about a minute then thought to myself "I've actually got a whole lot more in me" and came back straight to the second half of the workout. So glad I completed it albeit a one minute pause in between 🤟🏼
Amazing! Thank you for guiding me to push myself beyond my perceived ability. 45 min seems like it’s so long until I’m “in it.” It flies by and I feel so refreshed after completing these runs. Thanks for the great content!
My current fav!! I can’t believe I was able to make it through those longer endurance pieces AND running on incline. Super proud of myself!! Coach Rachael slowly whipping me into shape, I looooove it!

Like...I AM IN LOVE!!! 🥰 I normally DESPISE running long distance (former sprinter), but I wanted to find a good treadmill workout that is easy for me to replicate when I'm traveling. Well....this is IT!!! I absolutely love the mixture of speed and incline fluctuations, not to mention your amazing attitude! You definitely have a new subscriber from me. ❤️
You needed to talk me through this bad boy...I did it though! I am all about the kilometers, so this gave me 7,5 km💪BUT I admit the last 4 sprints I jumped off and on because my tread is too slow to speed up and down and I wanted SPEED🤯 Don't want to let myself down🙈
