Really like the way these videos allow you to "customize" a workout. I either combine various durations to get the time I'm looking for or add a made up block of my own either at the beginning or the end.. Today I did a 2 minute warmup then 12 minutes of 60 sec walk/jog intervals at 4.0 and 5.5 before starting this LISS. When this vid went into cool down I power walked at 4.5 until video ended before cooling down. total time was 63 minutes with cooldown and I got 8353 steps in and 4.45 miles. Love the upbeat atmosphere and encouragement on this channel.

Great interval workout! I would choose the gradual incline at same speed over progressive speed over time ONLY because I find it's more challenging for me to do. 😂
I live somewhere mountainous and like trail running so I did this except I swapped 1 min 30 walk for a 1 min run and 30 second walk. I feel the burn! 🔥
