Unfortunately I’ve been down due to knee injury for last 4 months but trying to get back, great workout to do just that! Great to see your still pushing out these videos thanks Rachael
Cool workout! Thank you! I'm trying to follow along but this one was hard. Should I pay attention to the heart rate? I've noticed that during the "easier" moments my heart pretty much stayed around 165bpm which is quite high and doesn't feel like recovery moment. Should I slow down?
