    Oh!!!! I didn’t remember that I have tried it before. Thanks for helping to be better…..now the first thing that I do before everybody wake up is do something for me….. so I choose your workouts!!!!

    Alex here from Kuala Lumpur. I've just completed this workout, and it was fantastic! The pace was perfect for me-not too easy but just challenging enough. I'm definitely planning to revisit this workout again. I've also just subscribed to your channel. I really appreciate your energy and cheerfulness. Keep up the great work!

    Oh!! I love it. I did it because yesterday I worked lower body and I was sore….thinking it was going to be relax but I LOVE IT…. Thanks for helping me to don’t give up!!!

    Cool workout! Thank you! I'm trying to follow along but this one was hard. Should I pay attention to the heart rate? I've noticed that during the "easier" moments my heart pretty much stayed around 165bpm which is quite high and doesn't feel like recovery moment. Should I slow down?
