I used to do 4.0 or 4.2 to jog when u would have 5.0 as the starting number and now I am at 5.0 when it is on the screen! And I went to 6.0 and hung in there! Yes
i did cheat a bit , I had to decrease my speed in the last 3 60 seconds (or I would have collapsed I think) I thought it was best to ease up a bit but still finish the workout. You make those workouts so pleasant, even when they are as hard as those...Thank you so much....

Hi Rachael, can you tell me how many times a week you run? And how many times a week u strength train? How do u schedule it to get it all in but not over train? I am 53 and I seem to either run and love that or I will lift weights then love it but can’t seem to do both equally. And have hard time getting the rotation right. I need to lose 25 pounds for reference, and I have been running now steady here with these workouts of yours for now 10 weeks. I am slow but I am jogging and running and so excited about it because I love how I feel doing it. Also can u give me some ideas of eating right?
@@vanessahoward5569 I am trying to do more jogs but it is hard getting in the strength as well. So before I lifted more and now I jog more.. but I have 20 pounds to lose. So I am trying to figure out how to balance the two.

Me coming in thinking the first block would be the hardest so I pushed too hard 😂 that second block was rough but got my act together for the 3rd. 3.78mi and imma need to stretch 😬
I lovedddd this one, as I do all of them! 7.24KM - did a 6-6.5 on the recovery and felt great, ran top speed on the interval.

I always try to run once a week and it’s always a IBX run and then do weights upper and lower 2-3 times a week xx
