    Nice endurance run! Would love if you can make a workout for Advanced runners. Steady speed around 8,0 - 8,5 even during recovery time and going up to the 13+ Sprints. Would like to see you push it hard with us 🏃🏽‍♂️😅😅🙌🏽

      @@IBXRunning I had to adjust it a little. I'm just not used to jogging for more than like 3 minutes at a time. I'll get there!

    Had to take a break yesterday, but I got it done today 🏃‍♀️ a nice and simple run is what I needed today. My body needs to cut back on all this sprinting I’ve been doing lol my pregnant belly is getting too big for all a dat 😂🤰

    Hi Racheal how many days a week do you suggest HIIT running? Or in general HIIT workouts? I try to do your HIIT running 3 days a week and in between 2 days light weight/ body weight HIIT workouts. Do you think this routine is ok?
