So glad you’ve told us to add in small changes, I increased to 1.0 incline for 25 min of the workout! Never would have thought I could do that until doing your workouts 💕
Thanks, Coach Rachael! Good run! ✅ I got 1.38 miles in. Walked 2 mph. Jogged 2.8 - 3.5 mph New to IBX, but this is my third run with you this week. The funny crowd roars you riff on at the end keeps me going, and I like being reminded to smile and say "I love running". I am reminding myself that I'm running TOWARD what I love, and not AWAY from what I fear.
I’ve noticed more results from workouts like this where I go hard for about five minutes, let me heart rate go down really quick for a walk, and then go back up. I loved this one ❤
After running with you for two years, this is the first time ive runned without stepping the heal down first. WOW, totally new experience. Dont know if you have said it before, but this is the first time ive heard it. Maybe I was ready for it now...anyway..... thank you for posting awesome workouts! You only get better🤩 and so do I!
Here again after 2 months and best part is you can modify these workouts for yourself. Did the whole thing with some incline and wow still burned! 😅 thank you keep em coming!
This was a great workout right aftwr a high sugar and bad but good food weekend! I really felt my clogged arteries opening up! Thanks Coach Rachel! More of these types of workouts!

I don't think I'm ready for 5 minutes of running straight but I will eventually get to this video until then I'm going to continue doing your walking videos 60 second intervals cause those work best for me!
U could just go slow jog as long as u can and walk the rest. Like if u make it to 3 minutes then walk the rest at a fast pace till she gets to the two minute walk then slow down your walk and do it that way? I try to make all these TM workouts she does to fit me. And like if she say 5.0-8.0 I am slower I go 4.5- lol Some workouts I can go to 5..0 and 6.0 but then she is doing 6.0 to 7.0 so I am always slower! But I figure we are going faster than sitting on the couch! lol 😂

Oh I was wondering if you can do another one of the tempo runs and it can be like the next time six minutes and walk two and then each time we revisit a tempo run go up more time, like one day each interval would be 10 minutes then work up to 20 minutes straight running then two minutes walk then run again 20 minutes. If that makes sense? I guess I could do it by myself but that is boring lol
I need help leaning out, I’ve been getting back into running but my legs were thick before running is adding to it I know it’s muscle but it’s annoying too.
Is it even possible to run at a 10 on the treadmill? 6 is almost sprinting for me. Not complaining, just curious. I told my husband and he tried it as he's a runner and he lasted 20 seconds. Otherwise, love these sessions and Rachel's babbling works! It keeps me so distracted and I just keep going even when I want to quit. Thank you!
It was aggressive for me, I started treadmill since last November Im 42 never ran before, I couldn't run for 5 mins I could run for 2:30 mnis, the beginner video is more suitable for me, please do more videos for beginners thanks, I don't know when I run more than 2 mins I get pain in my right shoulder and right costal once I cool down it goes away
I love coach Rachel because running with her is like running with a friend! I love her personality and silly stories, it keeps my mind off the burn!
