Great workout! I loved the simple 2-1-2 pattern and alternating hills and power walks. I did it twice with a little extra added to get 60 minutes. I like how easy it is to play with the suggested speeds and inclines to customize the intensity. I got 4.55 miles in at 60 minutes
Hello coach Rachel ! Thanks a lot for the routine. Have you heard of " Luc Léger" its a running exercice almost like Hiit. I wonder if you can make a routine on the treadmill to simulate the "Luc Léger" training please ? God Bless you, take care❤❤❤

Definitely need to have some recovery walks and recovery days during the week! Can’t go at 110% all the time!

Combined this with a 35 minute dumbbell workout today. Made a nice combo to get both some cardio and weight training.
