I am so proud of myself but I am so happy that you've decided to share your skills and voice and videos with us, because I have totally changed my body , my mindset..and I just feel better and so thank you from the bottom of My heart❤

Tried it on Tuesday, and needed some rest between the first block. Tried it again on Thursday, and Block one is a killer, block 2 is still hard and block 3 gives you all let you fight till the end. I made it today and love it. Thank you much
Another winner! Just under 4 miles. The 11 minute progression was insane- I alternated between 1 and 2 progressions of speed and wow! The last segment was a treat! 🎉😅❤
This is amazing the only issue is it is so hard to hear the music. Is there a way you can give us more music to pump us up. Thank you for amazing videos
