I agree with not rushing, I am 15 weeks out from my first marathon, and got a Cold last week, started running again this week but not a whole lot, 15 weeks is still plenty of time to get it 🤙🏼

Next race Cross country and half-marathon 3 days after, objectif 65mn 🙏 if I find someone for training for one month it will be good 😅

They keep you warm (cold weather) … Absolute itchy nightmare in hot weather!
I do use them when it's cold, they help keep blood flowing!
