- Azusa Mountain Road is one of my favorite roads in Los Angeles county. When the road is open and clear, its just so enjoyable and peaceful. I really find zen during these drives. Who's been up AMR before?
yoo cool vid man. Now you got me curious.. How and where do you mount your camera?
edit: NOOO THE BIRDS
Thank you! Good question. Surprisingly, the rear window is a perfect spot for it 😃
I know 🥲 🐦
@@shift__robinson OKOK you gotta do a hat mount soon istg it will look so nice
@@Ducky-kg8lv I wonder what the hat mount looks like? I currently have a suction cup with arms to position the camera however I'd want.
@shift__robinson its just a first person pov but the camera sits on your forehead usually its done with a gopro or something lightweight like an action cam. If you combo that with a rear view camera I think it will look sick for canyon runs.
@@Ducky-kg8lv Ah yes, I have something like it. The only problem was my camera had trouble focusing outside the window vs inside the car. I would need an upgrade for sure. For track days, my helmet has a mount to see my point of view though :)
I was considering another POV focusing on the pedals, I have some ideas coming up to showcase some foot work.
I turned off the fake engine sound coming from the speakers on mine. its loud enough to hear through the car on an oem exhaust.
Nice! I did that not too long ago. It’s much more quiet than I thought it was 😅 Especially with the windows up. I learned that the engine’s intake has a sounds dampener, which makes it real quiet is well. I prefer a little more stock noise if I had the choose.
@@shift__robinson thanks for the info. I'm gonna look into upgrading my intake for the trd version Toyota sells.
@@FooNecrosis714 That would be a nice upgrade. I also have seen that the stock oem jdm intakes have more performance because they don’t have a carbon filter sitting behind the intake.
