    低筋面粉 75g

    无盐黄油 15g
    牛奶 35 ml
    蛋糕夹馅奶油
    巧克力 100g + 鲜奶油 100ml
    鲜奶油 350ml
    咖啡糖水
    热水 50ml
    糖 25g
    咖啡粉3g
    巧克力淋面
    巧克力25g
    奶油 25g
    烘烤温度和时间:
    烘烤40分钟170℃ (338℉)烤40分钟
    模具 15cm

    Caster sugar 85g
    Low gluten flour 75g
    Cocoa powder 15g
    Unsalted butter 15g
    milk 35ml
    Cake cream filling
    Semi-sweet chocolate 100g + Whipping cream 100ml
    Whipping cream 350ml
    coffee syrup
    Hot water 50ml
    Sugar 25g
    Coffee powder 3g
    Ganache glaze
    Chocolate 25g
    whipping cream 25ml
    Baking time & temperature:
    Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for 40 minutes
    Mold size: round pan 15cm

    Hi, 85g of sugar, will it be too sweet? How much can I reduce?

      I promise it won't be too sweet, however, if you want to you can reduce the sugar to 75 grams. Thank you.
