Ingredients:
5 egg yolks
60g caster sugar
80g corn oil
100ml milk
120g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
5 egg whites
100g caster sugar
Dark chocolate cream :
150g dark chocolate
100ml milk
150g non-dairy whipping cream
White chocolate cream :
80g white chocolate
50ml milk
80g non-dairy whipping cream
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Chocolate ganache :
200g dark chocolate
100g UHT whipping cream
20g butter
Topping :
150g whipped cream
9” round cake tin
Bake at 140°C for 50 minutes. Then bake at 160°C for 10 minuets

I made this cake and it was great. I did add more white chocolate to the mousse. I do recommend doubling the cake batter, because I only had enough for two layers, otherwise, this came out awesome. Thank you for the recipe.

@@engrtehniyat1162 In this recipe, the whipped eggs are what causes the cake to rise and stay fluffy similar to what baking powder does. Some recipes depend on only the whipped eggs whites like this one while others also use baking powder.

Wow amaziiing.... so moistt..... Can i add icing sugar ?? Instead of caster.. sometimes we dont get caster sugar.... And about oil what if i use normal oil corn oil also we dont get.
