I did this cake yesterday. Today whn i removed fr baking pan it is still very soft n sticky. Is it bcos i wrapped a hot towel arond the pan for 2 min thn i removed it. Now i keep again for 2 hours but still sticky. Pks tell me wht went wrong.
The different color layers of the cake is so pretty and makes me want to eat it even more

在巧克力淋面酱应该要让蛋糕先从冰箱取出回温10分钟才来把巧克力倒在蛋糕的表面不然会瞬间凝固的。
