    mere se 4-5 din me hua hai woh bhi sabse difficult bed pe 😂😂shuru me achanak se ho gaya mai dar gaya tha phir socha 1 minute asehi rehte hai phir body apne aap react karne lagi aur hone laga , jada pressure mat do body apne aap karegi jab halki hogi ,,, 2minute late na before and after sirsaasana 🙏🙏 thankyou sir

    Brother, I am not able to stand without leaving my hands in the first pose itself. How do I progress? Also, I have neck pain. Have difficulty sleeping at night due to this. Please suggest exercises and also help with attaining Shirshasana gradually. Thank you🫶

      Bhai, May be best to first cure the neck pain before even trying Shirshasana. Do not mean to discourage you or something, but rushing into it when your body is not ready - will do more damage than good. Also, with such conditions, please do not rely on RUclips videos to learn such advanced asanas. You need guidance of a Guru who will teach you in person.
      Just worried for you, please don't take it otherwise. All the best 👍🏻😊🙏🏻

    1)I perform 5 min head stand daily followed by 5 min shavasan
    2) I perform kapalbhathi, nadishodhan, basthrika then bramhari pranayam
    My doubt: which one should I do first???
    Please tell me sequence
    Like headstand then pranayama
    Or
    Pranayama then headstand

    why so difficult? Do the shoulder stand. put yoga blocks on the sides and stand on shoulders. It will be same benefit, reversing the blood. Weight is on shoulders and better balance next to wall.

    Your instructions are very good no doubt but for Shirshasan I suggest no beginners should try to practice it, without in front of an Instructor.
