I like how you explain the difference, I’m doing this to take care of my internal organs, plus I don’t think I can straighten my back it’s hard if your 65 yrs old, but I’m trying😀
You are good in yoga pls make videao separately with each asan ,in such a manner that we should know where one can feel strain and how he overcome with this and how one can achieve that position of asana easily
The most perfect explanation given by any one till date, in last / days I have gone through 4-5 videos and really understood the significance. Please keep up the good work, thanks
Thank you very much for your videos, very nicely explained. As an ashtanga yogi and teacher these are very valuable. One thing to mention about curved back is that it is much easier on the hamstrings. Doing with straight back can over stretch the hamstrings and aggrivate where the hamstring attaches to the pelvis, so called "yoga butt" syndrome.
Dear Prashantj can you please advise me the asanas which I have to avoid when suffering with inguinal hernia. I’m 68 years old. Thanks for your valuable videos 🙏🏽
Thank you for these great explanations ! I love the way you give us as many details as possible. You must be an incredible teacher.. ! Thank you, please keep on making your videos which help us a lot ! 🥰
respected sir, your explanation is crystal clear. I am trying to do paschimothhaanasana, but my head is not touching knees or legs., how to do this, suggest any other physical movements help to do this asana.
Namstey Sir, please clarify, in curved Paschimotanasana (humped back) the chest will collapse hence not leading to a proper extension of spine thus affecting the breath too whereas in straight paschimotanasana there is a chest opening action (this is more appropriate as the practitioner gets full benefit from the asanas). Please throw light on this.
Prashant ji kya butterfly exercise mai bhi breathing pattern hota h. Kya hum use kidney k better work k liye kr skte h. Butterfly exercise k benifits btaye
There are videos made by doctors who recommended not to do such asanas as it affects sciatica nerve and increases lower back pain... What should a yoga inspirant do about that
