    I like how you explain the difference, I’m doing this to take care of my internal organs, plus I don’t think I can straighten my back it’s hard if your 65 yrs old, but I’m trying😀

    Thank you very much for your videos, very nicely explained. As an ashtanga yogi and teacher these are very valuable. One thing to mention about curved back is that it is much easier on the hamstrings. Doing with straight back can over stretch the hamstrings and aggrivate where the hamstring attaches to the pelvis, so called "yoga butt" syndrome.

    respected sir, your explanation is crystal clear. I am trying to do paschimothhaanasana, but my head is not touching knees or legs., how to do this, suggest any other physical movements help to do this asana.

    Namstey Sir, please clarify, in curved Paschimotanasana (humped back) the chest will collapse hence not leading to a proper extension of spine thus affecting the breath too whereas in straight paschimotanasana there is a chest opening action (this is more appropriate as the practitioner gets full benefit from the asanas). Please throw light on this.

    There are videos made by doctors who recommended not to do such asanas as it affects sciatica nerve and increases lower back pain... What should a yoga inspirant do about that
